How to find your printer cartridge code
Use the code on your existing cartridge or bottle, together with your printer model, to request the correct supply.
Four details to send
- Read the complete code on the cartridge, bottle or packaging, including letters such as XL.
- Note the colour: black, cyan, magenta, yellow or tri-colour.
- Photograph the printer model label. You can cover serial numbers and other identifiers.
- Tell us your quantity and delivery area in Qatar.
Why the printer name alone may not be enough
Printer families can have regional supply differences. A similar cartridge name or appearance does not prove compatibility. Do not remove components beyond the normal user-replaceable cartridge just to identify them.
